Assessment and Strategy Session (90 Minutes)
Begin your wellness journey with a comprehensive 90-minute initial session. We will discuss your specific concerns and goals, holistically assess your health and well-being and co-create a roadmap to optimize your well-being. All wellness plans are uniquely designed for you.

  • 5 Additional Health Coaching Sessions (50 minutes)          These sessions are designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and expert guidance as we work together to reach your unique health goals.
  • Included Support:
    • Review of your Bredesen Generated Health Report 
    • Monthly review of your cognitive assessments
    • Initial collaboration with your practitioner (as requested)
    • Weekly Email Support
